The information you share is used solely to arrange and confirm your reservation, organise the shuttle, support you during your visit and answer your questions. It is never used for any other purpose.

Protection & Confidentiality

Every guest's privacy matters to us. Your details are protected with reasonable safeguards and handled only by the staff arranging your visit. Your booking is never visible to anyone else.

Third Parties

We never sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties, except with your consent or where required by law.

Retention & Deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to complete your booking and run the service reasonably. To delete your message history, just ask at any time via the same channel you booked through.
